我律师同时为我申请了 national interest 的I-140 and extraordinary 的I-140, 只递交了一份I-485,我的律师说两个案例可共享一份I-485. 但现在我的 extraordinary I-140 已经被拒, 律师为我appeal 期间, 随后I-485 也被拒. 虽然我的 I-140 national interest still is waiting. 它有可能批吗? 如果批, 我的I-485 还能用吗? 我的律师不告诉我详细? 求各位帮忙!!! 十分感谢!!!!!
