Although the Oct visa bulletin is a sad news, it could be worse, hust like a guy posted, for EB-3, isn't PD back to 1998 better than unavailable?

And, also from immigrationportal.com, a few people(EB-1 and EB-2) get approved even from our admired NSC center, it's crawling but not dead. There is a NSC/EB-2 column, http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=178538, it looks like not that many people have PD earlier than mid 2002.

My info:
EB-2 NSC
PD Jul 2002
I140 RD- NOV 04, AD- APR 04
I485/EAD/AP RD- NOV 04
EAD AD-JAN 05
AP AD-JAN 05
FP MAR 05
I485 RFE(JUL 05) Rcvd-AUG 05, LUD AUG05, AUG05,AUG05,pending.

Good luck to everyone, and hope someday to outsource INS to improve efficiency and cut costs and fees, save govn't spending (may it's the most profitable govn't agency) for Hurricans.
