The DOS(copyright appeal pending against Micrsoft) OCT(2005) visa bulletin dates clarification:
Unless specified, priority dates should be understood as follows:
01AUG02 means August 1st, year 2002, not year 1902 or year 2102.
01JAN98 means January 1st, year 1998, not year 1898 or year 2098.
Same thing for all the other dates shown in the documents.
