I have some publication (as supporting documents) of my work in my current company, However, on the cover page, it has “confidential” and “non-disclosure” disclaimer. Can I use them as-is in my I-140 petition form? Will this ring the bell of “code of conduit” for USCIS officer? Do I have to mark out some sensitive words and make the document less readable?
