After I had been searching for good lawyer here for several months, finally I have hired a lawyer. I do agree with some said that the lawyer are spending their time on potential clients, not on your case. My feeling is the attitude of the lawyer changed after paying the money. After we have hired a lawyer, we should have some channel to evaluate the service of the lawyer, which not only provide info for the new comers, but also help ourselves to push the lawyers back on our cases.
My suggestion is for those who have pending or approved cases, could we set up a group to protect ourselves. What you need to do is send me your info such as lawyer (or yourself), category, date filed, any updates about your case, and your comments. I also need your phone number to confirm the accuracy of cases. Your phone number will not be published. I will tell you my phone number in return if you want. Again, these phone numbers will only be used to confirm the case. Every month, I will publish a summarized report which will include total cases, distribution y category, distribution by top five lawyers, and approval ratio of top three lawyers etc. we will not publish any comments on specific lawyer, we only publish the fact and the best lawyers. I hope this will push the lawyers working on our cases instead of only potential cases
