LC certification filed for more than 3 years, still waiting. As a back up, filed Canadian immigration application this june, but got informed one month later that I still need take the English exam to support my calim on my language proficiency. I had took TOTEF & GMAT, and have been studying and working in USA for more than 7 years, can anybody please tell me why I still need the english exam, and what will happen if I do not take it? Thanks a lot.
