My case is as follows: from noncap H1 to industry H1

The company's lawyer said they will do H-1 transfer and they said it is very
simple. Since they never deals case like mine, I wonder from NonCap H1 to
CapH1, is it the same thing as simple H1 transfer from capH1 to CapH1?

My understanding is why not they apply a new H1 for me? and they didn't
realize that noncap H1 and cap H1 is different?
