I-140/485 concurrent filing Help_help_

I have the following address for my I-140/485 concurrent filing :
USCIS
Nebraska Service Center
PO BOX 87485
Lincoln, NE 68501-7485

Is this right?

Someone in this forums says Fedex doesn't ship package to PO BOX. Is this true? If it is, which address can I use? or should I switch to USPS?
