I switched from F1 to J2 in Sept. in California and had my own DS-2019. Have been living with my hu*****and 3+ years in the US I really want to visit our parents.
Beside a new DS-2019 for J2, a copy of J1's 2019, , J1's Passport, financial statements, and marrige certificate, what else do I need? Any letters/invitations ? Do I need to prove I have a good financial standing in hometown China? I have nothing in hometown: No job, no house, no $. Totally being dependent on J1. Is this good or bad?
