Dear Lawyers and Friends
My statues: I-140 approved, as well as AP and EAD,about 6 months ago and I-485 in pending.2nd Year of H-1B
Right now I am planning to visit China (PRC). Someone told me if I visited China before I-485 being approved, I might be in the danger of risk that I will lost H-1B visa when I came back from China, So I must send a new application for H-1B extension right after I come back from China.
My question is: is it correct that I will lose H-1B visa when I come back from China and Need to apply an extension in case of denying of I-485?
Thank you very much for your help
Best,
Bill
