Just filed 140 and 485 concurrently under NIW.
Now I have another package of materials for EB1. Should I file I-140 and I-485 concurrently again for EB1? what's the consequence of filing two I-485? or should I just file I-140 this time for EB1.
my concern is if my I-140 for EB1 get approved but I-140 for NIW get rejected, will I lose the I-485 filing concurrent with I-140 for NIW? Can I transfer I-485 from NIW to EB1?
