Last night I got the Email that I-485 for my wife and I have been approved.
It was a long waiting. My eyes were watering. It took the 32 Months for processing our case.
Following is my info.
EB1b I-140 ND 7/2002, PD 7/2003
I-485 ND 2/2003, FP1 3/2003, FP2 10/2004
3/2005 was informed our case were under security check with no timeline.
3/2005 email to FBI got no anwser.
6/2005 asked the comgressman for help.
9/2005 wrote a letter to FBI (no anwser).
Great day 9/28/2005 our case were approved.
