I am thinking to quit my job and change my status from H1 to H4. My questions are:
(1) How long does it take for the process?
(2) Should I quit my job first before filing H4 or vice versa?
(3) When can I officially quit my job and still have a legal status to stay?
(4) When my H4 is approved, will my H1 visa be cancelled automatically? At that time, am I considered quiting my job already?
