We did medical exam a few months back, and submited the i485 along with the medical exam results. Today we got an RFE from the immigration office saying that the doctor we used for the medical exam is not on the designated civil surgeon's list, and it asks us to do medical exam using a different doctor. However, I double checked the USCIS website for locating surgeon, and both the doctors (the one we used and the one specified on the RFE) are on the list. Clearly CIS has made a mistake. But what we should do now? Should we send a rebuttal? Or should we go ahead and do the medical exam again using the new doctor? Would highly appreciate if you can provide any information on this.
