拿J－1在美国学习，后回国工作18个月。美国大学帮助申请到H－1B，现在美国工作。但是，律师不同意申请485，他的理由是我在中国仅呆了18个月，还少6个月。他要求我现在申请豁免。

请问：我在已经有H－1的B情况下，还可以申请J－1豁免吗？
