at the U.S embassy in Ottawa? I lived in Oakville, a small town closer to the Toronto. I want to apply an h4 visa to unite state. However it is long time to wait in Tonorto, then I have to make an appointment in Ottawa. But I am wandering whether I could be refuse because of not choosing a closest Consular.
