I am transfering my H-1 status. My wife can't wait for the H-4 transfer approval and need to go back to China for a while. Once I receive the transfer approval, I will mail to her. Will this have any effect on her return?
By the way, I heard some people got transfer approval in two weeks. I have waited for 2 months, the advisor in international center told me it would take 3-4 months to process. Is it normal?
