My hu*****and is a H1 holder, and I'm in OPT that will expired in next Feb. I got a intern part time job. We plan to land Vancouver before next March. We have a daughter in China and she applied H4 visa this summer and was rejected. My questions are:
1. If I can't find a H1 job before my OPT expired, what visa status I am? F1 or OPT? Do I need to apply US visa to enter USA? Do I need a letter from current employer?
2. If I go back to china and land Canad with my daughter, can we reentry US without risk? Any one has good suggestion?
3. If the officer ask me if anyone of us is rejected to enter any contry, can I tell them my daughter's visa application was rejected by USA?
4. We plan to rent a can and drive to Vancouver, and travel about one or two week, which reason is better? travel or landing?
5. We have not see our parents for 5 years, we miss them so much. We know one we go back to china then lend Canada, we have to apply US visa, it's risky?
