All cheque cashed: 10/03 (in the back of cheque)
Notice in my Bank Account: 10/04
Recipt Numbers are also in the back of each
cheques as WAC06XXXXXXXX.

Surely, there is a delay even in processing
the receipt. If your package reached to
the USCIS office before 10/01, and there is
no obvious mistake, you are expected to get a
receipt number within these days. So do not
worry about in this point.
I read one message here on the coding rule
of the Recipt Number, but I cannot find it now.
