I have got an job offer from Canada. If I want to apply for a working permit in Canada, need I pay extra fees for a "Temporary Residevce Visa" (it's said need additional fee and don't need additional fee on the Canadian Consulate webpage)? I will use mail-in application and want to do it for my whole family (though they may not go with me immediately), therefore it will be several hundred dollar difference and the fee is non-refundable?
