We filed our I-140/485 on Sep 6 and got all receipts on Sep 12. My I140 was approved on Sep 29, but I have not got FP notice from USCIS yet. I would like to know when USCIS usually sends out the FP notice after I-140 is approved or we need to wait because of this retrogress. Should I ask my attorney contact them regarding this issue? Your input is greatly appreciated.
