My I-140 NIW was approved in July 2002, and I-485 was submitted to Vermont Center in Aug 2002. I Did 2nd fingerprint in April 2004; then my case was transferred to New York City office in Dec. 2004, my wife's case was also transferred to NYC in Aug. 2004.
I moved to Cleveland, OH in Aug 2004. I have called (800)3755283 and written a few letters to NYC local office and Vermont center to change my address and ask for transferring my case to Ohio. Till now I have not received any response.I checked my case status on-line, nothing changed.
Will NYC office transfer my case to USCIS Cleveland local office? How should I do?
Could you guy give me some suggestion?
