I am on H-1, my job recently requests me to do frequent international travels. This situation won't change in foreseeable future. I am tired to go to Canada to get visa stamps every two months, futher to that, I sometimes just couldn't get timely appointments to see the consular officer.

My LC failed once last year after reaching state office due to company lawyer's mistake. My company is going to file PERM for me soon. With this whole retrogression shit, I just don't know when I can get AP and travel freely.

I am considering to apply for Canada PR. The only reason I am thinking doing this is because I heard as a Canada PR, I can get 3-year multi-entry H-1 stamp. I don't have any desire to live in that country. My questions are:
1, Should I pay Canada income tax as a Canada PR? On top of US tax? How much higher that would be. I am in 30% Federal tax bracket now.
2, Do I have other options other than Canada PR?
3, Should I do it?
Thanks for your opinion.
