My hu*****and apply 485 based on emplyment(EB2).He is the primary applicant. I am the follow-to-join case. He got his GC several monthes ago. Now I am waithing for my GC. But we have no joint account,joint property and sth else. I just want to know is this very important for my case? Does anybody has the same experience to share?
