It said about beyond 6thyears h1 extent as:
USCIS will grant an extension beyond the 6th year
if the filing date of a pending or approved labor cetification LC
applicaton or a pending or approved EB immigrant petition (I140)
is 365 days or more prior to the requested employment start date on the
H-1B petition
Did attoney Fan understand the English words "approved" ?
Why he keep saying the after 7th year h1b extent not apply to whom LC approved?
