When is good time ask for H1B? Should I mention it during my interview? or wait until they ask my status? if they do not ask, should I mention H1B during my interview? If I mention H1b during interview even they do not ask, I am afraid
they do not consider me anymore. but if I mention it after they give me oral offer, do they feel I am dishonest? I got a oral offer from a company, then I tell them I need H1B after my OPT expire. the hiring manager called today said we overlook it during first and second interview.Does it mean I should clear my work status during my interview even they do not ask?
