My hu*****and's I140 (NIW) was approved in July,1005 and we filed I-485 in August
, 2005, which is only 60 days from now. Of course mine is a derivative I-485.
Now I am facing a situation that I have to change my job, although the new job
is exatly same as what I'm doing now. I know as a primary employment based
case, you can not change your job withing 180 days after filing I-485. Is this
also true to the derivative applicant? Thanks. Both of us are in H1b status and
none of us has EAD card.
