My wife I-485 is still pending and we will apply AP to go back to China for a while. I have question on application type, which one should I select?
a. I am a permanent resident or conditional resident of the United States and
I am applying for a reentry permit.
d. I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the
United States after temporary foreign travel.
