9 recommendation letters, 3 were from Europe who I didn't know before, just request from them, state your reason and be polite. 1 from China, another two from Chinese PI w/ low title in US.
DIY, no info. update before approved.
Postdoc. in biology, No 1st author paper in US, inclds papers in China, 10+, background pretty weak, even though, I was confident in preparing my case, because I leaned a lot from this forum. From start preparing to submit: 60 days. Initially, attempted to employ a lawyer, he was arrogant to say that he has lot's of cases, he would file my case on Sept. (our conversation was on late May)...DIY, that's my choice, I made it. You also can. I suggest those haven't submitted, come to this forum to learn, there are really good points, suggestions and even sample letters here.
