Relief for Victims of Retrogression
The senate is considering the recapture of 90,000 EB visas lost because of
processing delays during the past four years.
Even better, spouses and children of EB principals will not be counted against
the 90,000 EB numbers.
There will also be a recapture of lost H-1B numbers under the proposal.
The only bitter pill the employers and employees must swallow is an additional
$500 fee for EB applicants.
