我的485申请被退回来了， 因为移民局说他们十月三日刚刚收到包裹。可是信封上的日期和USPS快递的收据是九月三十日。我是CSC。律师说二十九日他们寄了8个案子。三个CSC的都给退回来了。律师又将申请寄回去argue.还有人遇到同样的情况么？大家交流一下情况把。
