filed AP 131 for me and my wife on Sept 30, approved on Oct 11 per online message. My wife received on Oct 18. I didn't got it. Called in and they told me they cancelled my approal and send me a RFE instead on 10/24. There is no LUD and message change for my case. What a mess!!!
