I got some questions for my parents' B2 extension. First time runner on this issue. Any suggestions are highly appreciated!
(1) How long for the response? My D&M's i-94 expries in 50 days.
(2) If they do not reply for the extension request, should they leave according to the present I-94? ( which should be sent to the "Process center" according to the form request)
(3) Application fee: $140 per application or $140 each person? A previous posting said $140 per application; however, some people suggested the other explaination. How much should I pay for my parents' case?
(4) Return Tickets: If they ask for 3 month extension after Jan. 1st, which date should be on the tickets?
