Just want to share some information about I-485.
Our case info:
Case type: EB3
PD: March 2003
I-140 Approve Date: July 2004
I-485 Filed July 04
The case was transfered to Boston this may and just
finished interview and was told the interview
was apporved but have to wait for visa quota. The
ajundicator said it could be several months or several years.
Let's keep working to resolve the visa retrogression issues. A lot of persons are
working hard on it. Please spread the word and do each one's share of work.
