My H-1B was approved this month at a university in Utah, but my boss asked me to do the research in New York City as visiting scientist or whatever. Since the work location is Utah in the previous LCA Form ETA 9035E, the HR lady wants to refill this ETA Form to Department of Labor in New York, and then reapply H-1B as a amended petition. My question are:
1), since my payroll still through Utah, there will be no wages at all in New York, will it be approved?
2), the HR lady never did this kinds of case before, is it the right way? I am worry ... ...
Anybody have this kinds of experience, please give your suggestions, thankss!!!
