I have master degree, and I got H1 visa for 5 years already. I filed application for LC in end of 2001in maryland, I have not received answer until now.
I received a letter from backup center in baltimore maryland, I asked my empleyer filed that form, and send to there.that was 9 months ago.
I am so worry.
Please help me how can I do.
