get F1 visa from Mexico 1281642005-10-30 04:27:47

Hi, all,

I am now in H1b. I want to go back to school in spring 2006. Should I apply transfer from H1b to F1 through USCIS or just go to Mexico and apply F1 directly from there? What's the chances for both cases?
