I am waiting for 485 right now and using my EAD to work. I hold H4 visa before starting to work. My spouse is the primary applicant for 485. Am I still in H4 status or 485 waiting status?
Now I want to apply for H1 and second EAD at the same time. My question is if before H1 is approved, I have to use second EAD to work, does it cancel my H1 application? Or I still could wait for H1 to be approved and then use it.
And, where could I find the online EAD applicaition?
