I-140 was approved under EB1 (outstanding researcher), I-485 pending >180 days. Want to use AC21 to change job. The original job title is Research Engineer. New job title is Process Engineer; the new job function is research and development; the new job duty is same/similar to the original job duty. Is this job transfer (by AC21) risky? Thanks for your input!
