change B-2 to H-4 & H-4 to F-1 68732003-11-24 01:16:00

I have two similar questions here. I know that most of people can't change B-2 to F-1 within the US. What about (1) change from B-2 to H-4? Can this be done without leaving the US? (2) change from H-4 to F-1? What about this?
