九月底递的申请，10月26日接到EMAIL通知说I-140批了。然后上网差CASE STATUS 也说APPROVE了。可是今天接到TSC寄来的NOTICE一看却说我是NIW-PHSICIAN的CASE。我的专业跟PHYSICIAN毫无关系，我申请的是普通的NIW。NOTICE上的CASE # ， 名字， 和
Section 都对 （Indiv w/ Adv Deg or Exceptional Ability in the National Interest）。你说这到底是怎么回事呢？
A)我的案子是批了，可是APPROVAL NOTICE 上写了别人的信息？还是
B)别人的案子批了，错发了APPROVAL NOTICE给我？
不知道有没有人碰到过这种情况，请不吝指点。多谢!
APPROVAL NOTICE 全文如下：
"The above petition for a NATIONAL INTEREST WAIVER - PHYSICIAN (NIW PHYSICIAN) has been approved. The person this petition is for will be notified separately when a decision is reached on his or her pending adjustment of status application. Pursuant to 8 CFR 203 (b) (2), the Form I-485, cannot be adjudicated until the application completes 3 or 5 (whichever is applicable) years of employment in an underserved area.
The approval of this visa petition does not in itself grant any immigration status and does not guarantee that the alien beneficiary will subsequently be found to be eligible for a visa, for admission to the Unites States, or for an extension, change, or adjustment of status."
