I got my PERM certified last week and got the hard copy this week. I checked the form and find there is a number maybe wrong in my employer's tax ID number. Is this a big deal? Should I go ahead file the I140 or check this with DOL first?
By the way, someone is talking about holding the I140 and waiting for the new law coming out so they are file 140 and 485 together. The question is if the I140 get approved before the new law, can we still submit I485?
