If an employee terminates employment for any reason within one year after
receipt of permanent resident or non-immigrant status, the employee will be required to reimburse the Company for all charges paid on behalf of the
employee by the Company within 30 days of termination.

Upon termination for any reason, and to the extent permissible under the law, company will withdraw the underlying nonimmigrant petition (and in the case of an H-1B, the underlying Labor Condition Application), the
Application for Alien Employment Certification (Form ETA 9089), and/or
Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker (Form I-140), and will cease to fund andsupport any immigration actions on behalf of the employee and his or her dependent family members.
