I140 approved. I just received RFE for AP(I-131) FROM uscis. It required to submit approval notice or receipt notice of 140.It also said :
if you are a spouse or dependent, of a person that has filed or has an approved form I-140, or I-526 or I-360.Submit evidence of the filing or approval along with the principle's alien registration nimber and documentation as to your relationship. Such evidence for determining relationship can be, but not limited to a copy of a marriage certificates and /or birth certificates.
I want to know if it's okay if I'll submit approval notice of I-140 for myself. For my wife's case, It needs I-140 approval notice, marriage certificate, I485 receipt notice for both of us. I'm not sure If it's enough for this RFE.
