company closing 140 appeal in process, what to do 1691502005-11-06 19:59:05

my I140 has been denied on company ability to pay issue.
Now in the process of appealing ( almost one year now, no answer)
But company is in the process of closing , H1 has another year to expire.
need urgent advice for help. what is the strategy to pursue further
