Should I pay the $1,000 right now to speed up the application pr 63472005-11-07 14:40:02

Hi, all
I have a question for you.
My current employer filed I129 to change my current OPT to H1B on September 29. USCIS received the application on October 3(on the I797 receipt). My OPT will be expired on December 19. I have a MS degree and ever got an H1B before, so I don't need a quota to apply.
Since the last day of my OPT is December 19. It's one and a half month left from now on. The status of my case has been in processing for more than 30 days. Should I pay another $1000 to speed up the process?
Anyone have the experience?
