filed I-140/I-485 on 9/26

I-140 approved on 10/20
Got EAD on 10/20
Got AP RFE on 11/03

but no any updates on 485 excep for Receipt notice. no FP notice, no physical exam notice. does anyone have similar situation? please share. thanks
