My NIW 140 was finally approved last Friday, 485 is still pending. However, my company seems to be in trouble right now. I need to change job ASAP. Is changing job safe in my situation? Anybody know if there is any additional document required for job changing? How big is the risk if I use my EAD to find a new job? My lawyer told me that if I have to change job, my new job should be in the same area and my new company should also have proofed national interest. I wonder if it is really that strict. Thanks.
