My H1 will expire next August and I'm not very happy with my current employer and thinking to change a new company. I was wondering what documents I should provide for the tansfer. If pay slip for the last few months that should be OK, but if W2, I might have problem because my 2003 W2 didn't match the number on my H1 paper. But 2004 won't have problem.
So, if they ask for providing W2, I probably have to wait untill next year to do the transfer, right?
