LG and me did FP on Oct.9, today i got email notice:
On November 8, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your
I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.
My situation:
NIW I-140 Apply date 04/2004 RD 06/2004 AD 08/2005
I-485 RD 9/22/2005 ND 09/29/2005
1. We are from mainland China, LG is main applicant, why his status remains same while I got updated as above?
2. Does that mean INS began to process my 485 case? but my priority date is far behind the schedule.
